Projects
All five archived software projects built by Ricardo Neudorfer between 2025 and 2026.
Projects documents all five software products built and shipped by Ricardo Neudorfer during the 2025–2026 period of active development. All five projects are permanently retired and offline.
Four additional projects from the earlier 2023–2024 period — Ricardoneud.com, SiteForgePro, OpenBots, and Discord Secure — cannot be fully documented because their domains expired and no data survived. They are listed in Lost Projects.
Overview
The five archived projects span a single year of active development, from early 2025 to early 2026. Each was a standalone SaaS product with its own domain, user base, and technical infrastructure. All were built and operated by Ricardo alone.
| Project | Domain | Period | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
| NetTrace | nettrace.cloud | 2025 | DNS and email validation |
| NexSub | nexsub.online | 2025 | Free subdomains |
| FeatherPanel Mobile | featherpanel.app | 2025 | Server management mobile app |
| reForge Captcha | reforgecaptcha.cloud | 2025 | Captcha and bot protection |
| TweetSyncer | tweetsyncer.xyz | Early 2026 | Discord notifications |
NetTrace
NetTrace was a DNS and email validation toolset. Its core feature was the ability to query 30+ global DNS resolvers simultaneously, providing a direct view of DNS propagation status across regions. Email security validation covered SPF, DKIM, and DMARC with detailed error reporting. A public REST API allowed integration into other applications.
NetTrace was the first fully documented product and the first to demonstrate that the skills learned during 2023–2024 had reached the level needed to ship something complete.
NexSub
NexSub was a free subdomain service. New users received two subdomains by default, with up to five available after four weeks of account activity. Subdomains were configured via a web dashboard to point to external servers using standard DNS records.
The service addressed a real need: a functional domain without the cost and commitment of purchasing one, suitable for hobby projects, testing, and temporary services.
FeatherPanel Mobile
FeatherPanel Mobile was a mobile companion application for FeatherPanel, a server management panel used primarily for game servers. The app provided real-time server monitoring, remote start/stop/restart controls, push notifications for server events, and basic console log access.
The project was built independently as a community contribution and was not affiliated with the FeatherPanel team.
reForge Captcha
reForge Captcha was a premium captcha service offering an alternative to reCAPTCHA and hCaptcha. It provided four challenge types — checkbox, invisible, managed, and image — selected based on assessed session risk, alongside automated bot blocking and a detailed analytics dashboard.
The product was integrated via a JavaScript snippet and server-side token verification, matching the standard integration pattern for captcha services.
TweetSyncer
TweetSyncer was a Discord notification platform that delivered real-time updates from Twitter/X, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Bluesky, and Spotify as rich Discord embeds. Role pings were configurable per source and per delivery channel. A web dashboard managed all settings.
TweetSyncer was the last project before active development stopped.
Development approach
All five projects were built by Ricardo working alone, without a co-founder or team. The full stack — frontend, backend, infrastructure, domain configuration, and any integrations — was Ricardo's responsibility in each case.
The projects were run as genuine SaaS products with real users, not as portfolio pieces or demos. They charged money (or were free with genuine service commitments), had uptime considerations, and required support.
Status
All five projects are permanently offline. Their domains are no longer active. No source code or user data from these projects is publicly available.
